This section will mean nothing to most of you. However, there are a few that probably wonder what happened to my scribble notebook. Since most of the notes were taken in a public place, for all to see, I have no hesitation in compiling them. I do reserve the right to take action on any <scribble> at any time. The only exception being those items that have already been handled by either myself or the party in question. Names have been eliminated to protect the guilty parties.
